Introduction
I've been participating in 5K Run/walks since last year on a challenge from several of my younger co-workers. I showed up, they did not. I enter 5k walk/runs at least once a month. Still working on my jogging.
Why did you join RAT Pack Runners?
It seemed fun to meet other walkers and go to out-of-town races. Not to mention the sharing of travel expenses.
