What: Denver Rock and Roll Half and Full Marathon Trip

This will be a five day trip leaving on Thursday, October 14, 2010, and returning on Monday, October 18, 2009. Race day is Sunday, October 17, 2010. You can arrange to stay longer or less days. We will rent a home or apartment close to the race start. We will take 4-8 people on this trip. The accommodations will be about $70/night/person.

Marathon & ½ Marathon! Reach new heights without the climb! Lace up your running shoes and explore Mile High City– where urban sophistication meets outdoor adventure. The 2010 event starts and finishes in Civic Center Park, just steps away from the State Capitol. It winds through downtown Denver, passing many of Denver’s major landmarks: the Public Library, the Denver Art Museum, Larimer Square, Pepsi Center, Union Station, and Coors Field. Then, it’s green, green, green as the course tours through City Park, Cheesman Park, and Washington Park. Mile High City comes alive with runners and spectators, creating a community-wide celebration that culminates with a rockin’ post race celebration at the Finish Line Festival in Civic Center Park. Set your sights on the sun-kissed Rockies, and take part in this runner’s delight!

You must arrange your own airline reservations. Southwest offers roundtrip airfare for about $200. You won't be able to make airline reservations until 6 months before the trip.
